So last night I volunteered for the CF Foundation at the Brewer's Ball and was fortunate enough to meet some of the staff from Midwood Steakhouse and indulge in delectable tastings.
The brisket was butter -- and that was the word floating about all night at the Brewer's Ball. So finally when I took a break I b-lined it over to their table.
The brisket was amazing, falling off your fork amazing. The juices ran clear and the outside was perfectly seasoned. They also paired the brisket with a sweet vinegar and sweet onion mixture - wow that was truly amazing as well. Being on a carb free diet I left the bun behind and opted for a beer -- my carb cheat!
I'm truly excited to get my family into this establishment so that I can try their other offerings. And hopefully to see the staff again!
