  • So disappointed from this service. We called them out of an emergency because they had good reviews. They came out and charged $89 service call and wanted to charge an additional $375 to replace a fridge compressor on a brand new fridge we just got in May!!!! We decided not to repair and wait a week for the Sears tech to come out. So glad we did!!! The fridge was fine and the compressor was of course perfect!!! Apparently when it was delivered and installed they failed to remove a wrapper from a wire and that was the issue!!! Feel like we were scammed and I wouldn't trust this company to repair anything!! Beware.
