This place gets three stars because my wife ordered the short rib and loved it.
My steak however, which was recommended by our server, the rib cap steak, left a lot to be desired. Although the flavor was ok, it was very tough. Not what I want from a $68 steak. Oh, the portion was very modest also. I'm sure Gordon himself would have screamed at someone if he were served this.
Oh, and the bread plate was laughable. Just a few one bite pieces that were so so. And typical with anywhere in Vegas, everything was ridiculously overpriced.
