This review is meant strictly for Felicita.
I walked into AT&T on Saturday afternoon (begrudgingly) with full intentions on returning my iPhone 7 Plus. After spending 4 1/2 hours on the phone with AppleCare it appeared the only resolution I had with my phone problem was to return my new IPhone 7 and keep my 6. Felicita checked me in and then took on my problem herself. Even though I was determined to just quit and return the 7, she was also determined to figure out my problem. Suffice it to say ... she was hands down the brightest part of my day yesterday. She not only figured out the problem I was having, but helped me back up all my info (even though AppleCare said it was impossible) and I'm a happy girl today !!
Hey AT&T ... Give Felicita the kudos she deserves !! She is one awesome employee. I am a small business owner and I would hire her in a heartbeat !!
