  • So my experience coming to Las Vegas was great my driver was nice she was so sweet. Forgot her name starts with a T. But coming back I had the round trip so I had a 10:40 pick up and was outside at 10:20 saw a shuttle sitting there so knock on door and ask was he here to pick me up. He said no and drove off. So I waited in the front of the lobby and was not infom that shuttle pick ups are on the side of the building. I missed my shuttle and I was outside. I called and they place me on another bus. Told me the bus number. As I curb side I saw that bus pass me by. So I called back this time I spoke with Frankie she was sweet and kind and I know I was getting on her nervous calling every min . Two more shuttles pass and I'm stuck my plane leaves at 1:35 and it's now 12:00 . So finally they send a shuttle the guy was sweet and he talk to me and got me there on time. I forgot his name as well but I tip him and ran towards airport in the pouring rain . Never again will I
