  • The rib eye was a five star, expensive but five star. Having said that Ruth's Chirs missed the mark in virtually every other department. First of all the setting has no character, no charm. It's just a sparsely decorated uninviting room. Most importantly from the minute we walked in the service was juvenile and bordering on unprofessional. If we had been asked how thing were by one more person who clearly did care in any way we would have walked out. I don't blame the severs at all, I blame the owners.
