The salon was super accommodating with my complaint (see photos for how bad it was), and within 48 hours I was booked in for a correction.
The stylist I had started blaming one of the assistants, telling me she saw him doing something to my hair she didn't like. If that's the case, why didn't she talk to him right then and there and take corrective action to rectify the situation?
At the end of the day, she went back in with brown lowlites to even out the colour. I wasn't happy still with the first round, so she went in again and the second time I was content enough to accept it. I was still unhappy, but just wanted it to be done and move on.
