  • Scheduled a air duct cleaning with on the phone with Luke. He explained all to be done, including inspection and cleaning of coils, and unit on the roof. A week later the crew showed up, and told me anything on the roof is extra. I called Parker & Sons, and Luke was unavailable, but the gentleman on the phone, told me what I did not want to hear. Roof was extra. I was warned that this would happen with Parker & Sons, so I asked immediately, when crew arrived. I had them pack up, and not do the work. Now going with Arizona Vent Cleaners, as this is my second problem with Parker & Sons....
