| - An OK ramen shop, but not my favorite. Have been here a few times and always find it a bit forgettable.
Their ramen options come with two ramen noodle types, thick and thin, which might confuse some people, like it did me, at first. The place is pretty small and is always very busy when Im there. The service can be hit or miss, but overall is quick and friendly. The ramen usually comes out pretty fast as well.
I always go for traditional tonkotsu miso ramen, but I never find the broth flavor quite satisfying. tonkotsu should have a deep, rich, salty broth, but their broth always seems a bit thin and lacking on the flavor. That said, it will totally satisfy your ramen craving and seem to be very popular. As others have said the noodles are hit and miss, sometimes overcooked sometimes undercooked. I also find it kind of strange that they sell soda in can instead of having a fountain. Overall a pretty decent place if you are craving ramen.
