  • We recently purchased a 2012 BMW 550i from Marcel and I cannot say what great service we received from the time we walked in to the time we drove off the lot. My boyfriend was the first one in on a Tuesday to look at the car and take it for a test drive and knew I would fall in love with it. We came back the next night so now I could test drive it and I did truly fall in love with it so we started the paperwork that evening. We left that night as it was getting late and doing financing that late we wouldn't be getting answers back so my boyfriend and Marcel talked all day the follow day and worked everything out and Friday after I got off work at noon I got to pick her up! We went in to sign all the paperwork and I have to say that was the easiest transaction we have ever had when buying a car! We had the car for the weekend and dropped it back of Monday morning as they were repairing a large scratch on the front bumper and we had the car back by noon the following day! AGAIN, top notch service!!! Marcel was awesome to deal with as well!!! This purchase was so painless and I will definitely refer friends here any day of the week!
