  • I brought my laptop in because I thought it had a virus and needed to be rebooted from scratch. I was expecting to pay at least $200. I ended up getting a call a few hours after dropping off my laptop that it just had a small bug and that my laptop need anti-virus protection. Ended costing me half of what I expected, the service was fast, friendly and overall a great experience. If I ever have computer problems again I know where to go!
