  • It was a horrible experience today. We couldn't get the food after waiting for 20 minutes when our flight started boarding. No one told us it would take that long. Several other people could not get there food in time either. Also, they could not refund us because the manager was busy in the kitchen. We ended with no food and no refund when boarding our flight.
