  • Pelican Bay did an excellent job in diagnostic and repair of my Master Temp 400HD Pool Heater. The technician, Larry R. arrived when promised, knew what to do, had the correct tools and parts, completed the job, picked up after his work. Excellent job and product knowledge. He actually called the night before to confirm his arrival time as well as ask many pertinent question regarding the problem as "I saw it". Who would ever think of that??. Extremely pleased with Pelican Bay and Larry R. Lynn C.
