  • Worst experience at a salon! Never coming back here again. The nail salon is dirty and unprofessional. Came here on an afternoon to get my nails done, as I am walked inside the nail salon, there was a horrible stinky odour inside. The floor is dirty and the interior looks run down. I was told there would be a wait since they had only 2 employees working inside. I choose my nail colour and sat there for 30 minutes until a nail technician is as available. First of all, during the manicure process, the nail technician cut off too much of my cuticle and it was bleeding for 2 days since the nail salon. Second of all, the UV light machine they made me put my hands in to dry the shellac had a lot of dirt and dust inside. It was disgusting how they make a customer use dirty machines for shellac process. Third of all, they are so short staffed that you never have a relaxing experience. You will wait for a really long time, and when a new customer comes in, they will rush you out the door! AWFUL LASTLY! My shellac started chipping off 2 days after getting my nails done at this salon. I have gotten shellac done all my life, I have never encountered shellac chipping off after 2 days. Worst nail salon experience I have ever encountered. Don't waste your money and get your nails done at this dirty, unsanitary, unprofessional and unwelcoming nail salon. There's many other better places nearby. Learnt my lesson!
