  • They bamboozled me into opening an account for a $75 "gift". ( IF you keep the account open for 6 months. IF you can ENDURE them!) I signed up since they were in the grocery store that I frequent. ALL KINDS of hidden fees. In 4 attempts and 6 months couldn't get checks correct. ONLINE banking is a joke...not sure how they stay in business! (All the hidden fees no doubt!) Now of course that I've CLOSED my account... even though they promised statements would be available for 5 years...there is a FEE for anything and EVERYTHING. STAY AWAY!!!! This bank is a joke! From the manager who is NEVER there to CORRECT their mis-deeds, to online banking that seldom works, to all the misdirection they supply you with. They got back WAY more in bogus fees than the $75 they "gave" me to entice me into an account! See Washington Federal or Bank of Nevada or Clark County Credit Union....go with a LOCAL bank that will VALUE your business. US BANK is a joke!!
