  • One of my favorite restaurants in the world. I have been to 35+ countries and this place really takes the cake. I have been to Montreal 4 times and each time I have a memorable meal at this place. The pairings are delicious trouble - lobster poutine?! Yes. Deconstructed hot dog - pork belly, dill pickle, chicharron and mustard? Sure thing. Short Rib with polenta and herbs? Uh-huh. I can't stop raving about this place and I hope to never stop. If you're willing to be excited by food and flavors I highly recommend. Garde Manger is a treat.
