  • First of all when I called to get a price they had told me it was only going to be $55. When the locksmith arrived he stated that he it's was going to be $149 because he was a subcontractor.After we told him that we didn't want the service anymore that we would pay for the service fee of $20 for coming over. His attitude changed and he stated he would be willing to "negotiate".He said that we just had to gave him a tip and write a review on either Google yelp or Facebook. In order for us to avoid the fee of 149$ " and basically lie in the review on how "professional" he was. Next when he was done with the job he made some really rude remarks regarding how we were in proverty and that we should get full coverage insurance so we wouldn't be ignorant when it comes to fees.this remark was done because he saw that my mother was Hispanic and didn't think she spoke English.The fact of the matter is that he did not have any ethics because he was trying to overcharge us because He thought we were ignorant people and thought my mother didn't speak English . He did get the job done but my issue is his attitude and his non-professionalism.His name was David and the service was done on September 25, 2016.
