  • 1 year ago I moved in to an apartment filled with dog poop, the closet doors don't ride on the tracks, the microwave handle is broken, the carpet is lifting up on some edges, and the fridge was dirty. I cleaned the dog's messes up myself and had maintenance come. All they did was place the closet door on the tracks and call it a day (they come right back off because they don't fit). Location is right by the light rail, and there are homeless people everywhere (mostly at the park across the street, but I have had 3 sleeping at my doorstep. Police are here all the time. No one is friendly - my neighbors complain often that they can hear me walking around at night. Office staff clearly hate their jobs. They don't open on time and close early. You won't be notified about your packages and when you do get packages, the staff will NEVER be able to find it. They are very unorganized. Your laundry will actually get stolen if you leave it unattended and both the security company (who it takes 4 days to get ahold of) and the apartment management will deny having access to the security cameras every time. Also, the pools and laundry rooms are never open/ are not working half of the time. Pros: landscaping looks nice.
