  • My wife has always liked Houston's (for a chain, she says), so we finally went together recently. I admit the ambiance was nice, quiet and subdued, but our server and my dinner were very underwhelming. I had the Hickory Burger, but I consider myself to be a sort of hamburger connoisseur, so maybe that was too much pressure to put on Houston's. My wife still enjoys it there though...so we'll probably go back again.
