  • Very disappointed with LVGT. Paid cash to have a Clubhead reshafted. About $50 for a used throwaway Fubuki X Stiff shaft and cheap grip. I informed the Sales Assoc, who spoke with the "Assistant Manger" (who was standing right there with us and very cold to me- he didn't say a word to me the entire time) that I was leaving town, and this is the driver I travel with. They assured me that it wouldn't be a problem, and that I could pick it up "end of day" the following day. I dropped my Club off Friday around 5pm, was told it would be done Saturday night, and came in Sunday around Noon.... wouldn't you know it; Club was sitting there, unfinished. The Sales Associates, Bob and Mike, deserve 5 Stars- and they're the only reason I'm giving 2 on the review. They felt bad that the Club wasn't done, and got it sorted for me while I was there. Bad Vibes, (prob because I wasn't buying $1k worth of overpriced gear), bad service with the "Assistant Manager", Great Sales Associates that deserve to be with a better Company. I will never go back.
