  • I purchased a Groupon for a work group and had an excellent experience. First, it is important to mention the lack of issues with the Groupon. Some companies way over do the fine print and can make using Groupon difficult. Ultimate Escape was as easy as possible. The room was very well put together and was very challenging. We did the classroom and had tons of fun. The customer service was excellent!! I will surely be back.
