Technician had the personality of a dead fish!! Came out feeling like a greased pig :-( I had microdermabrasion and facial. Technician obliviously new graduate and had no people skills-I just felt like a piece of meat being tenderized for dinner!!
UPDATE: within MINUTES of this posting I got a call from the Manager, Kaitlyn to see what had prompted the negative feedback. I was still upset and explained to her that I am a handicapped senior citizen and this young lady was oblivious to making me feel comfortable. I walk with a cane and told her the young lady escorted me to a room and said she would leave me alone to "get comfortable and settle in" and then left and closed the door...I had no idea what she wanted me to do?? I waited and she didn't come back, so I opened the door and saw her across the hall talking to another employee. I called to her and said what did she want me to do?? She came back and told me to undress from waist up and put this towel sarong and headband on...I asked if it was a facial why was I getting undressed. She replied part of it included a shoulder massage...my response was why didn't she explain that rather than ASSUME I knew what she wanted!! I got into the sarong and struggled to get on the table-she watched me struggle and didn't ask if she could help. I laid there for one hour with out her saying a word! Then she announced she was finished and would wait out in the hall while I got dressed and just left the room and closed the door before I could even respond. I then had to struggle to get the blanket & sheet off while sitting on the sarong, then I had to roll on my side and push myself upright and struggle to get off the table. All this could have been avoided if she had just asked if there was anything she could do to assist me!! I explained this lack of concern and consideration for my comfort to the manager, she apologized immediately, offered me a discount and said they would have a conversation with the young lady about being more aware of the needs and comfort level of the individual clients. So proceed at your own discretion but if you end up with this young black girl (can't spell her name) be very specific what you want and expect and don't allow her to ASSUME or be insensitive to your needs. Hopefully they will have some luck teaching her some customer service skills :-)
