  • The breakfast at this buffet is why my husband insists on staying at Paris when we come to Vegas. In addition to the perfectly made omelette, watching Armando at the omelet station is entertainment itself. Food is always fresh with lots of variety. Service can be slow during busy periods. Ask for two drinks when you order to stay ahead of the curve. Well worth the cost if you eat a late breakfast & skip lunch.
