rev:text	Used ER services early morning of June 1st. One other person in waiting room and 5 people behind front desk visiting no urgency to help anyone waiting...should have went with my gut and left . When finally brought back to a room the walk down the LONG hallway every thing was dirty just gross...in the room when the nurse finally came in she was pleasant...not impressed with the doctor at all..you would think coming to the ER with stomach issues they would at least poke around on your stomach nope asked a few questions, that I had already answered to two different people ordered blood work wrote a prescription and that was it. The real kicker is of course they send the lady with the billing cart in before the doctor even comes in....she told me I owed $1900 I said I have a HSA and as it CLEARLY states on my card with a note specifically to providers; Reminder to providers DO NOT COLLECT DEDUCTIBLE OR COINSURANCE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. She left came back and said I asked my supervisor, "that is not how we do it you have to pay now" are you flipping kidding me...as a FYI Banner I called my insurance an that is ABSOLUTELY NOT what you are supposed to be doing...as they stated most like I do not owe that much and my guess is I will now have to fight to get my money back...I did not even get a receipt for what ever it is I paid for but my credit card was charged instantly....if I could give zero stars I would that is for sure to many options in health care to ever use their service again....
