| - This is probably the best buffet in Las Vegas in my opinion. I have been to many around town, including Bacchanal, but when it comes to presentation, quality and sheer feels of luxury, this buffet is the one. Every dish I had had flavor and one of my favorite things about a buffet is to sample dishes I never had before. In this case, I had meatloaf, you're probably thinking how I never had meatloaf, well I have never been a fan of the dish considering I always had the assumption that it is a poor man's dish, but when I tried it here at this buffet it tasted pretty amazing for a meat dish that had a consistency of a loaf of bread, kinda strange but still delicious, it even had homemade ketchup on it. They also had very delicious salads which was a surprise to me and there are some VEGAN options too which is nice to know, even VEGAN desserts. I had this VEGAN ceviche that substituted the shrimp with oranges and to my astonishment, the recipe worked, at one point I thought I was eating shrimp. The only low point was the sushi station, not much variety there, and the tamales were labeled as vegetable even though they were just plain corn flavor, still tasted good though. They also had these two marvelous tasting fish dishes and some lamb with this tasty rice which was amazingly unforgettable in flavor, I can remember it vividly. The Wynn Buffet probably is the best looking buffet in town as well in terms of decor and the employees were prompt and professional. I also went on a Friday night close to closing time and they put me in the main atrium area where the decorations were and by the time I was finished the place was empty. All in all I would come back to sample dishes for breakfast and lunch and considering the price for dinner at the time was around $54, it wasn't bad, now compare that to Bacchanal where I payed $67 and waited an hour before entering, the difference is clear.
