  • My husband and I finally decided to splurge on a hot tub, and following a friend's enthusiastic recommendation, went to Pool City in Robinson. Jacuzzi and Sundance spas are also highly rated by Consumer Reports, which also influenced our choice of Pool City. Other than that, we knew nothing about hot tubs. We met with Chuck, who provided extraordinary service and expertise. After listening to our needs and motivation for the purchase, he provided orientation to options across a wide range of sizes, features and price points. He did a wonderful job of explaining technology differences that allowed us to distinguish their value to us, and compare options. He even offered to let us get into our suits and test one out (I declined, after all it is a public place). He was friendly , no-pressure and incredibly well-versed in the products and various installation specs and options. We purchased a beautiful Sundance spa at a sale price, and are super happy. So, two pieces of advice: 1. Life is short and winter is long: get a hot tub 2. Check them out at Pool City
