  • If you have thick, hard to manage hair or just need someone who can cut it RIGHT for once, make the drive to Laus Deo Salon to see Melissa. The drive here for me is awful, but she is worth it. A friend recommended me to visit her, and I did, and I loved my hair for once. Then, when it was time for a trim, I went back to my previous (high-end) stylist just because I didn't want to drive an hour to Laus Deo. WRONG move. Of course, my hair drove me crazy until I needed another trim and went straight to Melissa. Everyone at the salon is so friendly, even the receptionist. They make you feel right at home! The only complaint I have is the woman who gave me a pedicure - for double what I pay anywhere else, she did a so-so job and complained the entire time about her job, kids, life, whatever. It was really awful. But other than that, (and the prices - which perhaps are justified by talent), A+ for Laus Deo Salon!
