So, I'm not Italian but lived in Rome, Italy from the end of second grade through High School and have returned to visit many times. It is one place I call home. Coming to Tratorria Regiano reminded me a bit of what I come to expect when revisiting Italy. Good food and excellent service are both on display here. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and specials, which was very nice indeed, but I was more focused on the native Italian busboy who cleared the table and supplied the Reggiano to my party's salads and pasts dished. The man couldn't have been much younger than 70 years old and he was totally committed to making sure our table was always well-attended to. I forgot the man's name but I want him to know that I give the restaurant the extra star for his exceptional service. I had the ravioli and it was made al dente just as it would have been made back home, in Roma. The salad was huge and my friend's plates were delectable looking as well. Buona fortuna, Tratorria Reggiano e ci vediamo subito!
