  • Please see below regarding my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT AND COMPAny. "My experience with SDC has been very frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this company or product to anyone. The aligners did not work. I had to get my attorney involved to obtain refund. SDC attorney communicated with him that refund will not be issued unless I sign a waiver (gag order). Here is section 5 of their document requiring me to sign or refund will not be issued. "Releasor covenants and agrees that he/she will not make, publish or communicate any statements or opinions that would disparage, create a negative impression of, or in any way be harmful to the business or business reputation of SDC or its affiliates or their respective employees, officers, directors, products or services." My attorney and I are pursuing our legal options. I don't recommend SDC. My horrible experience continues to this day and we have all emails, videos, and recorded conversations with all interactions to back up our legal case.
