I've taken a couple of my pets here in the last two years. They're expensive, $700 for a dental cleaning with 1 extraction, but were ok until this weekend. I have a 12 year old cattle dog with irritable bowel syndrome that has to take a prescription strength probiotic pill every morning. I called them Sunday at 9:00 am to order a refill and was told to pick it up prior to closing at 1:00. I arrived at 12:45 to be told "Oh sorry, we're out until until Thursday." Why wasn't I told this when I called several hours earlier? Why didn't they call around to other vet offices to see if they could borrow a box from them? Why didn't they call me back to advise they discovered they were out before I made the 1 hour round trip? And what the hell am I supposed to do for my sick dog? One of the geniuses suggested I order online. Terrific! That wont be delivered until about Thursday, so what can be done in the meantime? Another suggested I try an over the counter brand from Petco. Since that was my only option, I tried it Sunday night and woke up to a ocean of diarrhea all over my carpet and tile.
I know mistakes are made, but the "oh well" attitude and complete lack of concern for the well being of my dog ensures I will never return and will never recommend this office to anyone.
