I am a Detroit native so to offer a disclaimer, I have pretty high standards when it comes to pizza. To start off, I got the garlic knots, which had good flavor, but the garlic sauce seemed ... well, watered down if that is possible. As far as the pizza, it was not bad. Not too doughy and the ingredients seemed fresh. Toppings were just right. But there was nothing that really set it apart. The dining experience was unique and fast, the place was clean and in a charming small town, with the staff (well, the one guy) hustling. About as good as you are going to get for pizza in this part of the country.
