  • Just tried to book a van online. Get this--the booking form won't actually tell you how many people/bags can fit in any of their vehicles! Useful, right?!? I tried the online chat function and was told "Since you're in Canada we don't have that information." They actually could not tell me a fundamentally important detail about one of their own vehicles. Unbelievable. I would have to call them and navigate my way through their phone system just to get this one basic piece of information. Forget that. So much for the internet making anything easier!
