  • I think there are a few people that are trying to make the property and residents happier... when we first moved in they had just been taken over by Alliance Residential and there were A LOT of things that needed to be improved. We lived in affordable housing for about 5 months and we will never live there again... the unit we were in had so many issues we had resident services on speed dial and maintenance was up there ALL THE TIME! We finally got fed up with it and downsized to a smaller unit, same floor plan but it was upgraded, everything was new and the unit is beautiful... we pay quite a bit more but at least we arent having a million issues still. It sucks that youcant pick your neighbors... the ones around me need to go back to drivering school because they do not know how to park. Also on that note... I work in the apartment industry and i know that 90% of places give you 1 covered parking spot.... so tell me then why there are multiple people parking multiple cars in other people spots? This drives me insane! I think my neighbors know I will say something to them if they ar in my spot... I pey rent and that is my spot on my lease so yeah, your guests can walk their asses to the uncovered parking :) I hate moving but I REFUSE to renew my lease here.... there are waaay too many issues for the amount we pay to live here. P.S. this past weekend there was a bunch of kids in the clubhouse pool.... i heard a mother tell her daughter to go pee in the pool because she didnt want to take her ..... AND THE LITTLE BRAT DID!!! Popped a squat and pissed in the pool.... it did not turn blue in case you were wondering.
