  • If it sounds too good to be true, it's too good to be true. I bought a BMW and the check engine light turned on minutes after driving away from the dealership. I can't even get it to pass smog! When I went back they said I just needed gas and filled up my tank. Obviously that's not going to fix anything. After a few weeks they took it in and had a shop look at it. They've had my car for over a month with little to no follow ups. Every time I call to get an update, no one answers till about the fifth time I call. So unprofessional. I was told it's taking so long because they brought my car to a non German repair shop. Why would that make sense to bring a BMW to a non German repair shop? I gave them my car on feb 27 and today is March 29 and I still don't have it back.
