I really liked this place. So much so I started referring all my friends and acquaintances. Q WAS very nice but don't come back to get something fixed, they'll treat you like you spit in their face! I did not blame them for the polish falling off my toes the next day after getting them done. And after paying $70.00 I felt it was only right to go back and get it fixed. I wasn't even greeted, then I was approached by a kind young man that works there I told him all I needed was the polish reapplied on the 3 toes it came off of. Right away Q without even looking at me told him "Tell her to come back at 6" (it was 4 o'clock then) he told me there was no one available to help me "they where busy". Funny thing is I've been there when it's busy and never was told to come back. Maybe because I'm there to drop $$$. These are experiences that bring out the true professionalism of establishments. Q really disappointed me on how he handled a very simple and I'm sure very common situation. Oh well, there are many many nail shops in the valley.
