Where do I start? Atrocious hold times of greater than 20 minutes. Submitted an online order to have my service connected Friday the 4th of March. There was an error so they emailed me telling me I needed to call them on Monday when their office opened. Did so Monday morning the 7th and requested my service be connected ASAP. Wednesday the 9th was the earliest they could get me in. No expedited service available, no options, just another 48 hours on top of the 72 hours we have already waited since submitting our order online. Net net, is that there are obviously ares for improvement here and based on the other reviews this has been a long standing issue that has not been addressed. Arizona Business Commission needs to do something about this issue to allow for better customer service and more options to clients.
