  • If you are a sports fan and want to see great golf then the WMPO isn't the place to see it. Walked most of the back 9 on Saturday and never saw a golf shot. The venue can't support unlimited attendance anymore than a football or basketball venue could. Imagine if you showed up to your next football game and there was one gate to get in and out. It sounds crazy, but that's what you have to do if you want to get in. From a safety perspective, in this day and age there should be multiple exits to get in and out of the property without having to walk back to an underpass near the 18th green. i'm not sure how standing in line behind a bleacher could be considered a good golf experience, perhaps that's what's wrong with the rest of the sporting events I've attended in the past. I should have stood in a line and not seen any of the action to appreciate it more. The WMPO isn't about golf its about the charities and that's what counts.
