  • I am glad I didn't read the reviews on this service department before I went in because I would not have gone. I bought a car at Autonation Honda for an amazing price but it turns it it had some issues which I needed addressed ASAP and I didn't trust Autonation. This Honda location was close so I dropped my vehicle off for service. The service adviser seemed genuine and took the time to go over all my concerns. A couple days later the engine issues were fixed for a price that was a bit higher being a dealer but seemed within a reasonable range. I went to go pick up my car and noticed that one of the issues (my turn signal not working) was not fixed. The service adviser apologized and took responsibility for this mistake. He said they needed to keep the car another day to get the issue fixed and gave me a loaner vehicle for free for that day. The next day I went to pick up my vehicle and all was fixed. He again apologized and there was no additional charge to fixed the turn signal (was an issue with the connector in the taillight itself). So I payed a bit more than at a non dealer shop, I didn't get any pushy service recommendations beyond just "hey consider this in the future", they made a mistake and made up for it, and my vehicle is operating like new. Who knows maybe I will have a horrid service experience like some of the other folks next time but this go round everything seemed to go well. I will use them again but will pay close attention given the reviews up to this point.
