  • a rating of one is the best i can give and it is quite generous. i have, and do deal with apria healthcare in receiving oxygen supplies. the offices i deal with are in rancho cucamonga, corona, and riverside, california they were given my credit card to use only if their equipment was stolen. they charged multiple times per month and charged several thousand dollars until my card was over maximum and denied future charges. i never received a refund or compensation. my insurance paid fully with no co-pays, i have good insurance. it is not apria's policy to refund even when they are at fault. they threatened to remove my life support if i did not pay them. i contacted kaiser member services and they told me i was lying as apria said something different, i paid them. i have found a solution, never a refund but now they don't threaten my life or steal from me. the ombudsman is the solution. do not ever give your credit, debit or checking account number to apria.
