  • To start off... Public Storage only posts four and five star reviews on their site. Very deceptive!!! I have had two very large units at this location for the better part of a year.Thousands of dollars spent. In less than a year they raised the rent on both units by $40 a month!!! I made a payment on both units on November 2nd and I closed out one of the units on November 8th. They informed me that there would be no reimbursement for the time left on the unit. So basically I paid $213 for six days. SHAME ON YOU PUBLIC STORAGE!!!! My experience with other storage companies have always reimbursed the difference. As soon as I am able I am going to transfer to a different storage company and Public Storage will lose over $2000 dollars of my business because of their unethical business practices. ANYONE considering Public Storage... take my advice and run as quickly as you can from this company!!!
