  • I have stayed in many apartments in three diferent states and i havent came across such an amazing and friendly team. From front office to maintnance personel to security guards all are super friendly and helpful. I have called this wonderful place home for the past seven months. It seems like most of the tenants here stay long term ( for years). The apartment itself has all the amenities i could posible need. Microwave, fridge, couches, dining table and in the bedroom queen size bed with dresser mirror and two night stands. I have two TVs , one for the bedroom and onother in the living room with about 70 channels included in the rent. Also the Holiday Royale includes 4 mpbs internet free which is more than enough for me to check email and watch youtube videos. I am sad that i am living this wonderful place to get a bigger place, bedroom apartment. if you are moving to Vegas or visiting for a few weeks stay at Holiday Royale ! You wont get disapointed.
