  • I don't usually like to put down a place but I've been here twice now and both times were so disappointing. The service was atrocious. It wasn't clean and now that you have to pay to park there (with the service being so bad) means you're paying for 2 hours for a mani pedi. It's really too bad. The location, space and equipment is quite lovely. Unfortunately, the staff are inattentive, forgetful and perhaps either uncaring or clueless. This last visit my manicurist nicked my cuticle (to be fair a little bit of a hangnail) twice. With a file board. I have Polysporin on it now. That aside, the talking loud with each other and ignoring us is frustrating. I don't mind the normal chitter chatter that comes with nail salons of this type. It can be sometimes, in an unexpected way, quite soothing .....but if I have to yell to chat with my friend who is sitting next to me? The sad thing is, I'm not even that picky. I love a good deal and I don't need iced lemon water or even a TV to make it just right. Again, so disappointing. I really wanted to love this place.
