  • Pro tip: Stay at this hostel! Especially if you are a solo traveler or on a budget! I made a last minute trip to Vegas and was scrambling to find a decent place to stay. Hostel Cat was everything I was looking for and more! The staff was friendly and accommodating, very relatable, and even hung out with everyone in the evenings. The entire place was very clean and well organized! They offer events all the time and they have the greatest, most honest advice about what to see and do in Vegas. The night I stayed they had a sign up for a party bus with free alcohol and VIP entry into LAX nightclub for $25. (Now nightclubs like this are usually not my thing, but it was so much fun to go out with the new international friends I made at the hostel and enjoy a night of dancing!) The hostel is located on the North side of Las Vegas Blvd, between the old and the new strips. Everything is best accessed by car or bus (right outside the hostel), but a great location in my opinion. The place has a well lit parking lot for those driving and really respectable security measures (buzzing in the front door, locked dorm entrances, private courtyard, etc.) that make you feel very safe and at home. Now what are you waiting for?!
