4.5 stars.
Never had a problem with Mississauga transit. They've updated their schedules on more popular routes so there is less waiting times. People are complaining about how much longer it is than a car. Well duh! It makes stops... If it's such an issue take another type of transportation. Anyways adding presto makes it a lot more easier and I love how your transfer starts when you tap & not when the bus starts it's route like with the paper transfer.
The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is with the drivers. They are a hit and miss. I always say hi and thank you when I get on and off the bus. Some of them don't even respond to you. I find that really annoying & rude; if you're working with people on a daily basis show some customer service skills and be polite! Then there's other ones who are super friendly and if you stand at the front they will actually have a conversation with you. ( not that safe, but it's nice to talk to them)
** also one time I caught a bus driver actually talking on his cell phone while driving the bus, that really pissed me off and I told him to put it away, he started giving me attitude, like I would have been fine with him pulling over and taking the call if it was that important, but please don't put my life as well as the others on the bus at risk. **
