  • Terrible service at this location! I've bought my share of LV's. My most recent purchase is kind of questionable. The purse is defective and the dimensions are completely off! I'm embarrassed to wear it because I feel it may look fake. I spent $2600 on the bag and the workmanship on LVs is what we're supposed to be paying for. I got into an accident after my purchase and could not take the purse in soon enough. I explained this to the store manager at the Scottsdale store but she DID NOT care one bit. She didn't even offer to have it examined. They also did not have any others in stock that she could compare it to. She solely based her service on trying to intentionally give me a hard time and be rude. I'm a fan of the brand but definitely not this location! Service in L.A is sooo much better!
