| - 2 experiences here in regards to service.
1. Older 1993 Toyota sr5 4x4 v6 truck. They gave me great service, completed a suspension recall, still honored it since it is a safety recall and did an oil change. Kinda pricey for an oil change, almost $40. They did do a full inspection, checked battery, tires, etc. They even did an alignment on it since they worked on the suspension.
They were very busy for service, luckily I was one of the first people there, but surprised at the amount of people in the waiting room on a Friday morning. I decided to hang out and read since I did not have any other plans...... They did have a full wait room during one point when I was there so be prepared to take the shuttle home or wait.
2. 2004 Prius inspection. Another mechanic shop said the Prius was due for shocks, bushings, etc. A bunch of misc parts and wanted close to $500 for parts and labor. I had Larry Miller Toyota take a look and it needed nothing? Guess the dealership is not always out for the service money, sometimes you have to even get a second opinion on repairs for your car :)
Even though they are pricey for oil changes, if you cant do it yourself and want good service go here, simple as that. They know what needs to be fixed and none of my Toyota's ever broke down on the side of the road.
