  • The customer service is great, everyone is friendly and helpful. Cakes are so-so. We order cakes at least 2-3 times a year because they are nicely decorated but no one in our family likes them so we have to throw them away after party. Pastries are also so-so. Napoleon is nothing comparable with real French Napoleon, its too sweet and heavy, too much cream. elephant ears are heavily soaked in sugar when they supposed to be lightweight and crunchy, all you taste is sugar, cannoli - there is no feel of cheese in the filling. It seems like they took a lot of sugar powder and added just a little bit of cheese just to glue the sugar together. I had to throw it away, it was uneatable. Even fruit tart are heavy and filled with bavarian cream. Too much of heavy cream for the amount of fruits etc etc Still looking for good pastries in town!
