DO NOT set up automatic payment here. I was told I had to physically go in to cancel my membership. I made a trip across town to do so, filled out the required form, and was told it would be taken care of immediately. Check my statement this month and yup, charged again. Called and explained the situation, apparently they can't find my cancellation form. Convenient. Been calling everyday and still can't get a call back from the manager. Tried to avoid disputing with my cc company but if they can't even return a call I have no choice.
