  • Extremely unhappy with the service at this location multiple times. This last visit I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted to try and help since they never seem to understand what I want and only try to up sell me to what's easiest for them. She started getting angry with me and said that my nails are different than the persons in the picture and that I they won't look the same. I understand that everyone has different nail beds but all I wanted was almond shaped nails... She then obnoxiously started talking to the tech next to her in a different language which was obvious to anyone listening that it was about me. It only got better when she was filing my nails and ended up filing part of my finger making it bleed which really hurt!! Not to mention. She said "not my fault, file fault" and actually laughed. I still tipped her which I now regret and will never ever go back! I will also not recommend this "business" to anyone. I know everyone has a bad day but I have had poor experiences too many times.
