I had not an unpleasant experience @ this location but a BAD experience! My visit was for bronchitis on this past Sunday. I tried for an online booking @ noon & website said earliest would be 4:00? Went anyway did the usual check in. Was told it would be $40! How come it was $23 last time? Oh, I see you have $20 copy on your ins.card, I'll make it $20! They weren't busy as I was 1st in wait room. I waited anyway. Finally they had room #2 open up for me. That's where I waited the most. Woman who took my vitals was good & very courteous as was most of support staff. They needed to take a chest X-ray as I had hoped they would. I'm paraplegic & in a wheelchair. If my power chair was not able to raise up 10 inches to the table, I wasn't going to get my X-ray. I finally got to the table with much effort, then was asked to hold the X-ray plate, I said I couldn't I wasn't strong or steady enough. We finally figured out to have another support person to hold the X-ray plate. My suggestion would be to have only able body people go to this facility for x-rays. The pa who looked after me was unkind, discourteous & curt. She did prescribe an antibiotic & cough syrup (which is a couch suppressant & not recommend for people with spinal cord injuries)! While I was waiting for my X-ray results, I had to listen to a male employee in a loud voice give a minute to minute blow of his social life @ the work station which I could live thru until he made a very disgusting, revolting comment about what he felt he had the right to do to a women's body. Enough about this place! Can I take back my 0ne Star? I need to go on about more positive things! Thanks for listening!
